I created RAW Performance to design, test, and refine my own training - and to talk openly about hybrid training with others doing the same.
This is a space to discuss:
Balancing running volume with strength work,
What’s actually working (and what isn’t) in real training blocks,
Programming decisions: exercise selection, load, volume, and progression,
Lessons learned from experimenting over time,
I’ll share how I approach my own training, and I encourage members to share theirs too — questions, ideas, and experiences are all welcome.
Some programs may be released publicly in the future.
If that happens, this community will be the first to get access, updates, and context.
